Realizing Udo’s background puts a lot of this into perspective. Did Udo’s character development surprise you?
Of course. I have no clue what’s going on, most of the time. Do you think they tell me ANYTHING?

Well, by the time I’m drawing and writing it I pretty much know what I’m doing. It’s the weird-ass ideas out of the blue that hit me.
