If conflict is the heart of good writing, I got heart.
The Russian strikes me as being very California about his beach time; he’s not surfing, so he’s tanning. I don’t remember if the guy who plays him was living in California at the time.
You’ll note that the Peach simply assumes Udo Started It. This is probably a prejudice based in long, painful experience. If continuing the fight is the same as starting it, then there’s no reason to sort out the situation, anyway. The Peach usually tries to tell his men “Make nice,” but people have to have or find nice in them before they can produce any for use.








I love how Udo shows his tremendous maturity in the last panel.
I’m about as mature as that too most times. :P
